Watermark at Bearspaw is a new housing development in the area of Bearspaw, Calgary, Alberta.
What They Asked For
They required a website to market the development and its amenities.
What We Did
AgileStyle was subcontracted to do the development work. The site was built using a custom Ruby on Rails CMS which catered to the exact needs of the client.
Two interactive maps were required. The first is a regional map that shows the various services and amenities available within the Bearspaw area. These amenities are numbered, colour coded and provide a hover effect with a popup for each item describing it in more detail.
The Phase 1 interactive map shows the number of lots available or sold and where they are located in the community. Each lot opens a modal window that reveals more specific lot features.
Interested buyers can also register on the website to receive more information about the community and development updates. This information is collected and stored in a Customer Relationship Management system
